Had some issues receiving this product, not sure what happened there.
I originally received only 1 package out of 2 of this product, contacted Amazon 3 times via e-mail. First 2 times were very disappointing that they first reassured me that I will get it the next day, and then when shipment did not come, they told me it's "temporarily out of order". I was pretty upset when I received the 2nd message, questioned how I could receive 1 package out of 2 when it's "out of oder". Luckily I was able to get a good response from Amazon representative by the 3rd time, (all 3 were dealt with different cumster service representatives) they quickly sent me another shipment without charge. (Express delivery the next day) So all in all, I still have a lot of faith in ordering form Amazon.
Now, onto the product itself:
It's pretty nice, but you have to realize that you cannot separate the changer from the crib, they are attached after you assemble them. So you have no option of separating them out when you convert this to a regular bed. I did not know that before or else I might have purchased a differnt product. Initally I wanted to buy DaVinci Kalani 4-in-1 Convertible Crib with Changer, but everywhere I searched, they were out of expresso color, so I decided to buy this one. The color came out nice. Wood quality is not bad. Some of the pieces however, do have either a small dent or scratches, (not major). Lucily I was able to pick and choose from the extra package I received by mistake.
I had one missing piece of screw, which I contaced the company directly by e-mail and they mailed out a whole bunch of them (even though I told them I only needed 1) to me right away by express mail, free of charge.
It's not hard to assemble, insturction is pretty clear. It's better to have 2 people assemble some of the pieces, but because my husband was busy, I acutally did it all by myself while in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
It turns out to be a pretty beautiful piece of furniture, so overall I do like it.
I have not delivered yet, so can't tell you how sturdy this will be after my baby tries it out.
